Social
Always-on campaign content
A standing content calendar and community-management retainer for Urban Sip across three locations, replacing sporadic posting with a steady weekly rhythm and real reply times.
Urban Sip had three locations, a loyal regular customer base, and a social presence that went quiet for two weeks at a time whenever the person running it got busy behind the counter. Comments and DMs about hours, allergens, and new flavors sat unanswered for days, which was quietly costing them repeat visits from people who gave up waiting for a reply.
We took over as an always-on partner rather than a one-off campaign shop. The first step was a content calendar built around Urban Sip's actual rhythm: new flavor drops, slow-season promotions, and the small daily moments, a regular's order, a staff pick, that make a local drinks brand feel like a neighborhood spot rather than a chain.
Production runs in weekly batches: a shoot day covering the week's content in one session, edited into a mix of reels, carousel posts, and quick behind-the-counter stories, so the feed always has something fresh without requiring daily on-site shoots. Captions and hashtags are tuned to each location's neighborhood, not copy-pasted across all three.
Community management runs alongside the content, not as an afterthought. Comments and messages get a same-day response in Urban Sip's actual voice, and recurring questions, hours, allergen info, delivery partners, are answered fast enough that people stop needing to call the store to ask.
The result is a feed that now posts on a predictable schedule and a comment section that no longer goes silent for days. Monthly reporting tracks what content is actually driving foot traffic and repeat orders, not just likes, so the calendar keeps adjusting toward what customers respond to rather than what is easiest to shoot.
