Local search visibility for a multi-branch retailer

A technical and local-SEO turnaround for Namaste Retail's five branches, so each location actually shows up when a nearby customer searches for what it sells.

Namaste Retail operated five branches across the valley, each with its own stock and staff, but a single website that barely mentioned any of them by name or neighborhood. Searches for a specific branch, or for products it carried, routinely surfaced competitors instead, because there was nothing on the site telling search engines the branches existed as distinct, findable locations.

We opened with a technical audit: broken redirects from an old site migration, missing meta descriptions, and page load times slow enough on mobile to hurt rankings on their own before content was even a factor. Fixing crawl and speed issues came first, since no amount of good content ranks on a site search engines struggle to index properly.

From there we built out branch-specific pages, each with its own address, hours, and locally relevant product content, rather than one generic "our stores" page listing five addresses in a table. This let each branch compete for its own neighborhood searches instead of all five branches fighting each other for the same generic homepage ranking.

A keyword-mapped content plan followed, built around what actual customers search for, product names, neighborhood plus category terms, not the internal names Namaste Retail used for its own product lines. Content was written for the person searching, then structured for the crawler, in that order.

Monthly ranking and traffic reports now show branch-by-branch visibility instead of one blended number, so Namaste Retail can see exactly which location's search presence still needs work. National brand searches and local "near me" searches both get attention, since a multi-branch retailer needs to win both to keep every location busy.
