Performance campaigns that pay for themselves

A tested-before-scaled paid social plan for Everest Studio that filled its wedding-season booking calendar without the founders having to guess which ad was actually working.

Everest Studio, a photography and film studio booking weddings and events across the valley, had tried running ads before: a few boosted posts here and there, no clear tracking, and no real sense of which spend brought in an actual booking versus a like. Wedding season was approaching and they needed a plan that would fill the calendar, not just the feed.

Before recommending a single rupee of paid spend, we ran a small organic test: a handful of posts showcasing real client work, paired with a simple landing page and a WhatsApp inquiry button. The offer needed to prove it could generate interest for free before we scaled it with media budget behind it.

Once the test showed which packages and which imagery style got the most inquiries, we built a channel plan around Meta, where couples and families were already spending time researching photographers, rather than spreading budget thin across platforms Everest Studio's audience barely used. Every campaign shipped with a specific KPI, cost per qualified inquiry, not just reach or impressions.

Tracking was wired in from day one: every WhatsApp click and form submission tied back to the specific ad and audience that produced it, so we could see within the first week which creative was actually converting and which was just collecting views. Underperforming ads were paused early instead of left running on hope.

By the time wedding season peaked, Everest Studio had a fuller booking calendar and, more importantly, a repeatable process: test small, read the data honestly, and only scale spend behind what the numbers already proved was working. Monthly reports in plain language mean the founders now understand their own funnel instead of just trusting an invoice.
